[/cs_text][cs_text]We are living in the cyber age as they call it. The cyber-world dominates every aspect of our lives.

Flesh-to-flesh has been replaced by flesh-to-metal communication to an unfortunate extent of all shapes and sizes. It seems that our best friend is not the people we went to school with but the mesmerizing display of lights, clicks and images of the digital cyber dance on our handy, pad, laptop and computer.

Unfortunately, the virtual reality we are being entertained by, is not sympathetic to the integrity of our body as a whole. We have to reverse what we think of as being natural, like slouching in the chair in front of our computer to something that feels unnatural, like sitting in an upright position that is projected out of our pelvis. Well, the upright sitting position is a whole other topic that needs to be talked about, but I will leave that one for another time. For now, the following tips will help you to free yourself from the tension created by technology.
