Different ways for different days
We all differ in HOW we do things and acquire knowledge. You’ve probably experienced this yourself. Whether it was at school, at university, in a dance class or at a project meeting. As different as we are as people – so different are our strategies.
But the question is: Can we acquire the habit of going several ways? Pursue several strategies? Yes, we can! The thing is, the more ways to know we know – the more competent we are.
More ways lead to more knowledge
By using different ways of acquiring knowledge and doing things, we can better see through what we do and how we understand. The more strategies we know, the more efficiently we will be able to do things effectively.
Likewise, the more ways a teacher knows to teach, the more effective and efficient they are at teaching.
If there are different kinds of people
Then there must be different ways of knowing
If there are different ways of knowing
Then there must be different ways of learning
If there are different ways of learning
Then there must be different ways of teaching
If there are different ways of teaching
Then there must be different ways of doing
Whichever ways we choose to do
It is wiser to understand before we do
Because if we do not
What we do
Will never make us know.
