How to get arms that carry us like the wings of an eagle? Watch our vlog below and find out how we stretch our arms correctly. Let’s find out what gives our arms wings.
This is kind of the 2nd part of the blog post Let us liberate our arms. A new visual perspective from another body type – phenotype for the language freaks;))
Liberated arms – Liberated head, neck and back
Most people don’t realise the tremendous value of our arms, so I am revisiting this learning tool today. It is indeed the case that when our arms come from our “home” (H.O.M.E.), the integrity of our head, neck and back is maintained – and not just when practising the Pilates method! Let the essence of this statement rest within you. This means relaxation for your head, neck and back! So now, look at our vlog below and learn how to liberate your arms.
What you will find in the video?
0:30 The learning tool for our liberated arm.
1:30 The explanation of the purpose of the learning tool.
2:00 The importance of shoulder rotation for a correctly extended arm.
I am the arms, I whip
I am the legs, I skip
That is how my nature nurtures.

Our arms are like wings to the body. On the one hand, they enable us to move smoothly and on the other hand, they create a counterweight when walking. Try walking with your arms crossed behind your back. You will understand what I mean. If our arms are blocked in the back and do not flow out of the shoulders, the head, neck and back cannot fulfill their function when walking.
As our legs shall be as strong as the pillars of a temple,
so shall our arms be as strong as the branches of a tree.
Work on it & literally fly with it!
